Refunds & Returns

14-day returns

Contact Iggy Grey within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return or size exchange. Include your order number and reason. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. We provide the return address and instructions before you send anything back; our postal contact address is not an automatic return address.

You cover return postage unless we sent an incorrect or faulty item.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

Report damaged or incorrect items with your order details. If delivery has not occurred within 60 days, excluding the 2–5-day preparation period, contact us to request a refund or replacement.

Requests outside the return window, incorrect addresses, customs delays and exceptional events are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

Refunds

We inspect returns and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days; your bank may take longer to display them.

Cancellations

Contact us within 12 hours to cancel or change an order. Processed or dispatched orders may require a return after delivery. Original shipping charges are excluded where permitted by law.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
